By participating in the Giveaway, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

• Preferences: “Tag Interests” or categories of gifts you select during registration to personalize your experience.
• User-Generated Content: Ratings, feedback, and reviews you voluntarily submit regarding specific gifts.
• Transaction Data: If you purchase a paid tier or sponsorship, we collect payment confirmation details (processed via third-party providers like Stripe; we do not store full credit card numbers).

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Technical Data: When you view or click on gifts, our system automatically logs your IP address and Browser Type (User Agent) to prevent fraud, manage rate limits, and ensure fair play.
• Usage Data: We track which gifts you have viewed (“Discovered”), claimed, or discarded to maintain your giveaway progress.
• Referral Data: If you used a referral code to sign up, or if you refer others, we store these codes to attribute referrals.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following purposes:

• Giveaway Administration: To manage your entry, track your unlocked badges, and facilitate “Magic Link” password-free authentication.
• Personalization: To use your “Tag Interests” and past interactions to prioritize gifts we think you will like.
• Communication: To send daily updates regarding new gift unlocks (which you may opt-out of) and marketing messages.
• Partner Fulfillment: To facilitate the delivery of gifts you have claimed.

3. How We Share Your Information

A. The “Price” of Entry (Sponsors)

By entering this Giveaway, you expressly acknowledge that your Name and Email Address will be shared with our Event Sponsors.

• These Sponsors will use your information for their own marketing purposes.
• Once transferred, your data is governed by the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

B. Gift Contributors (Specific Opt-In)

When you affirmatively “Claim” a specific gift:

• We share your Name, Email, and Rating/Feedback with the specific Contributor of that gift.
• This is necessary for them to fulfill the gift delivery and for their own marketing follow-up.

C. Service Providers

We may share your data with technical service providers who help us operate the site (e.g., email delivery services, hosting providers, payment processors). These parties are contractually obligated to protect your data.

D. Liability Disclaimer

ConCardia, LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of Sponsors or Gift Contributors. Once your data is handed over to a third party, the processing of that data is governed entirely by that third party’s privacy policy. You must contact them directly to exercise your data rights regarding their specific databases.

4. Your Rights and Choices

A. Opting Out of Communications

• Daily Updates: You may use the “Opt-out” link at the bottom of our daily emails to stop receiving Giveaway updates while remaining eligible for prizes.
• ConCardia Marketing: You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails via the link in the footer of our emails.
• Third-Party Marketing: You must unsubscribe directly via the links provided in the emails sent by our Sponsors or Contributors.

B. Access and Deletion

You have the right to request a copy of your data or to be “forgotten” (deleted).

• Consequences: Deletion will remove your “Audience” record, forfeit all claimed gifts, and invalidate your access links.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use functional cookies and local storage to maintain your session and track your progress (e.g., ensuring you don’t see the same gift twice). We use “Magic Links” (secure tokens) to authenticate you without a password.
